KDR Support

 From a user: It's hard to find message threads with new replies, because they stay sorted by the date they were created, instead of the last response. I have to scroll through many pages of messages hunting for ones that are unread, and sometimes I have already archived them.

This was a great suggestion, and one that was an easy settings change.
